From an early age I realised the importance of becoming a keen observer and listener. Years later, I studied acting at The National Institute of Dramatic Arts, graduating with a B.A. in Performance Studies.
It was there, that I gained a further appreciation and understanding of the importance, of what would become a life-long practice, of seeing, being and becoming a curious but non-judgemental observer.
So, as the story goes, the die had been cast.
While acting was not to become the career path I followed, it was nonetheless of major importance in shaping, my creative and intellectual development as a communicator and professional skills and development coach.
My coaching philosophy and that of Cingere, is underpinned by the notion that, “awareness is the foundation for personal presence and impact”. In addition to this, I always stress thet importance, “that every individual or collective challenge we face or confront, is the chance to get better and grow as a person.”
In no small measure, what has made my lived experience and story so rich and rewarding, is that I’ve been fortunate to work alongside and facilitate professional skills coaching workshops with a wide-ranging cohort of personalities, thought leaders, sales, senior executives and politicians, across a vast number of organisations and workplaces including:
